Amazing Texture that is not in NA

So i decided to make this thread because i am wondering if any textures in NA that looks like this in this video here.

It has amazing audio effects has custom idle stances counters attack animation changes depending on the weapon you are using and re skinned weapons. I am really wondering if any texture mod exists like this in NA because this is something i will really want.

KR and NA use the same formats and junk, you could just get their copy and it should work just fine in NA (with like, folder changes at the most).

This site is based outside of NA but it has quite a few texture packs that look decent. The only part that may be tricky is translating the page (not the packs, as Rydian stated before) and possibly updating some newer textures. It doesn't seem as though they might update their mods much, but I could easily be wrong. The textures you're looking for may even have been released there originally.
