Nexon has updated NGS a while back, crippling all memory patchers for the time being. Unfortunately, there will not be any way to edit memory directly unless a full NGS bypass becomes available. Most data folder mods are not affected by this, but require a data folder packer to take effect in-game.

can anyone tell me the best mod to reduce lag and make your game run smoother?

That depends on what sort of lag is it.  Is it framerate (low FPS), or network (high latency)?

Like, does the game run choppy like a slideshow, or is the problem that it the game is teleporting you around and not loading skills properly?
