Nexon has updated NGS a while back, crippling all memory patchers for the time being. Unfortunately, there will not be any way to edit memory directly unless a full NGS bypass becomes available. Most data folder mods are not affected by this, but require a data folder packer to take effect in-game.

So obviously the title states that I want to change the color of flame burst. To blue preferably.

First of all, is it possible?
Second of all, how would I even do it? (simplified)
