Nexon has updated NGS a while back, crippling all memory patchers for the time being. Unfortunately, there will not be any way to edit memory directly unless a full NGS bypass becomes available. Most data folder mods are not affected by this, but require a data folder packer to take effect in-game.

I give credit to  Magnanimous for making the original mod with Thoroughbreds. This is basically just a PMG swap with the Crystal Reindeer and it actually looks different but cool. Enjoy(:
