Nexon has updated NGS a while back, crippling all memory patchers for the time being. Unfortunately, there will not be any way to edit memory directly unless a full NGS bypass becomes available. Most data folder mods are not affected by this, but require a data folder packer to take effect in-game.

I need  help installing it, i placed it in the tools folder, and logged into mabinogi, but my swords are invisble and im using a gladius, can someone help

Didnt i already tell you what to try in game? try using a fatherless boy Sword or a Longsword/Broadsword. that may work instead.
