Nexon has updated NGS a while back, crippling all memory patchers for the time being. Unfortunately, there will not be any way to edit memory directly unless a full NGS bypass becomes available. Most data folder mods are not affected by this, but require a data folder packer to take effect in-game.

Umm look through the files section and maybe if you take one step more and look it the Files/Tools you will find it....

we only have pmg viewers
the two pmg editors we have are 1. just dlls. 2. only for xp

Yeah, i got the translated version, but i forget where i got it from.  If it's not here already, and you don't wanna bother finding it, i may try figuring out how to upload it. :P

I tried going to files and clicking upload, tells me:
"An Error Has Occurred!
Sorry, you aren't allowed to upload files to the File Manager."

This is what you want though, right?
