Nexon has updated NGS a while back, crippling all memory patchers for the time being. Unfortunately, there will not be any way to edit memory directly unless a full NGS bypass becomes available. Most data folder mods are not affected by this, but require a data folder packer to take effect in-game.

It enables data folder reading, which is where you keep your skin mods, so yes.

Go into the its configure ini file, ctrl+f, find data, and make the 0 a 1. Restart client and Tada SKin mods ;D
