Nexon has updated NGS a while back, crippling all memory patchers for the time being. Unfortunately, there will not be any way to edit memory directly unless a full NGS bypass becomes available. Most data folder mods are not affected by this, but require a data folder packer to take effect in-game.

i cannot find my other post

Question So When it means Level up Effect in the spirit window

1 it means you have to level Your Caracter 1 time for it to apply
2 You need to level up you're ego one time for it to apply or
3 bonus for leveling up the spirit skill buff from 1-5?

or am i wrong

That screenshot shows that the stat block you're upgrading is at lvl 2 already. You will need 5 ego points required for upgrading to level 3.  You can either level up your spirit weapon 5 times ( assuming you're not at the target levels where you get bonus ego points for having 100% bond) or you can gain ego points from the Spirit Calling quests.
