i found this graphics mod it looks real good https://superl3.tistory.com/entry/REL-Superb-ENB-03?category=846408 you click 다운로드 to download extract to C:\Nexon\Library\mabinogi\appdata or where you installed mabinogi
you will need https://mabimods.net/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=get118 data packer and put it in C:\Nexon\Library\mabinogi\appdata or where you installed mabinogi once there run the data packer press find and modify and you are done
note if you don't want ENB and want to use reshade.me instead don't extract anything else but data folder from  Superb_Enb
