Can you still do Visual mods?

I was wondering if I can still use DATA packer to use my mods for mabinogi last time i did use my mods through steam my pc crashed I'm wondering if it s safe for me to be able to use my mods plus I want to continue making more cause I love to make visual weapons from other games onto here

Edit: if you use abyss you do not need to use DATA packer. Most recommend not using DATA packer because of how unstable it can be. But you can use it without any huge issues for the most part.
