Deleted Nexon accounts?

I haven't used my Nexon account in at least a year, tried to go back to it a few days ago and couldn't login to Nexon's site, nor the games launcher. I would get " Wrong password or non-existing account. Please try again. " after every attempt.

I'm fairly certain my info was correct as I had it written down. I tried a few other passwords as well as trying both my UserID and my email address until I got the " too many attempts, please try again later" message. I know I have the right email address because of NX/Karma coin receipts in my history

Trying the forgot ID and Forgot password options never sends me an email so that's a dead end

I haven't kept up with what Nexon was doing during my hiatus   did they purge unused accounts? or change the login process in some way that would exclude me now?

Any advice you guys have regarding account recovery would be great.

I know they started deactivating accounts, but you should be able to reactive it. Not sure about deleting them. This was new to me. Kept saying my password was incorrect until I actually signed onto the site.

Same thing for me.  I basically didn't exist to the game, but logging into the site and suddenly it all worked.
