Nexon has updated NGS a while back, crippling all memory patchers for the time being. Unfortunately, there will not be any way to edit memory directly unless a full NGS bypass becomes available. Most data folder mods are not affected by this, but require a data folder packer to take effect in-game.

Transformation Swaps

Okay, I think I know how to do it, but just in case, how would I go about making me appear as a Falcon when I trans? I'm a DK. Infra, to be exact, and I want Infra to appear as Falcon Sage. I need like, a step by step, otherwise I'm liable to screw up~ x.x

well, trial and error, ill give u a hint tho : infra is darkknight_male_04_bss.pmg in the DATA\gfx\char\paladin\mesh folder

also im pretty sure there are guides on this forum about this, so try searching for 'pmg swaps' or something

Look in the pack files, your Data folder in the /Nexon/Mabinogi/ mimics the paths of the Package files and Data Packer makes it so files in your data folder have priority of same-named/located files in your *.pack files. There arer guides, please search for them.

Apparently I didn't make it clear that I'm not very bright. I searched for guides on this, and none of the ones I found have helped me. Whether it's because they didn't answer my question or because I'm too dumb to understand, they still didn't help me. Hence why I asked for a simple, step-by-step walkthrough. But fine, I'll go read through things I don't understand again, because you seem to believe it will help me.

i followed the guide but the packer keeps saying no changes found when changing male sword ego -> female elf

edit: nvm it was because of a misspelling
