Nexon has updated NGS a while back, crippling all memory patchers for the time being. Unfortunately, there will not be any way to edit memory directly unless a full NGS bypass becomes available. Most data folder mods are not affected by this, but require a data folder packer to take effect in-game.

anybody know where their dialoged is located? i spent a few good hours trying to locate it.

they're in 101_full.pack I believe.
I tried editing it to get custom dialogue but I couldn't get it to work, maybe you'll have better luck.
