[Release] Ice Blue Login Interface

Like the title says, it's an ice-blue login interface. I think it looks nicer than the default black-and-green one.
Made to match with the Cirno mod I had posted before, but it's fine as a stand-alone.

Only affects the login interface, as well as any dialogues that come from the buttons on the interface.

Good job though, messing with all the log-in interface is sure to take to some time, and effort to make it match.

Take the picture of her and put it into MS Paint, put it behind an orange background, pencil in all the white spots with orange, remove the orange, reapply the new picture...

I did take your advice o3o and I cleaned it up a lot...
Edit: I looked at it again, are you talking about the part near her stomach? I guess I just missed that somehow... I swear I did take your advice to heart, and I do that to clean my pics all the time now though.

I swapped my text, so that's probably why it's weird~
