Nexon has updated NGS a while back, crippling all memory patchers for the time being. Unfortunately, there will not be any way to edit memory directly unless a full NGS bypass becomes available. Most data folder mods are not affected by this, but require a data folder packer to take effect in-game.

Extract itemdb.english.txt from data/local/xml
Ctrl F the name of the item, copy the number beside it.
Now extract itemdb.xml from data/db
Ctrl F the number then scroll over and find "mesh", your gender, and your race in the same line, to the right of that line is your file.
