Nope!, you'd be wrong, the problem was i didn't want to keep repeating "until the main site is fixed which is out of my control atm", but i payed for my domains and host a few days ago and my site is still suspended so i called today and found out that i exceeded my bandwidth by 60TB for the year and they are charging me $60 and i have 5 days left to pay it or else i lose my usa webhost and all the files; which i don't have a full backup too the latest versions of uo tiara (the php files and such, i obviously have the latest installer source) or the music pack's i've been hosting.

i doubt i'll be able to find a replacement for as cheap as $12-$72 a yr ($72 including the new $60 over bandwidth i'm being charged yearly for being so popular)... the ads i have in place make around $100 a year and had i known i was exceeding my bandwidth i would have saved up for it, but given i'm unemployed and my side jobs like recording music and pc repair; i don't have a stable income to pay $60 to have the issue fixed soon enough so...

I may no longer be able to provide uo tiara as it is now; might be reverting back to an old style setup of 20mb+ on mediafire or worse...

What was your initial bandwidth limit?  I'm on Hostgator and they're around that for the hatchling plan (~$60 a year, I pay ($178 every three years because it's cheaper in bulk), and they list me as "unlimited" bandiwdth (even editing the cpanel display to use the infinity symbol), though I've never used that much bandwidth (well, assuming your initial bandwidth limit isn't something like 2TB to make the overage seem crazy).

They're based out of Texas in the US.

1. If you read what was posted back in page 175 and even now in 176, you would know tiara is down.

2. If something is actually getting quarantined, that is your own fault with your antivirus/security/whatever and can be easily solved by yourself too.

What makes you think I didn't? Because OP thought I didn't read, when in fact I did?

Read what I wrote, "The websites for downloading "what you need" is not working right now, so I can't try those fixes."  Let me break that down because people have bad reading comprehension. I know the site is down so I can't download it. Also, I temporarily disabled my antivirus and still got the same message.

Downloading the abyss on the webhost did not help me, because I still receive the same error installing UOTiara.

Doesn't explain why it was working perfectly fine, prior to the new patch, and before a system restore. But now I get the same message as the guy I'm quoting.

I think it has to do with C++ 2010, because when I tried installing it, it told me it found a newer version. But when I tried updating my graphics, it said C++ 2010 had an error installing. C++ 2010 is not showing up on my add/remove list.

Hi Shaggy, I keep getting this error: Error 1 and Error 2. I have no Idea how to fix them. My computer has no firewall, no antivirus, and this is a fresh windows 7 install. I have everythingup to date and all the items on your list of required things. Please help?

stop trying to fix the error's, that's why i locked the thread 2 days ago.
the error's you are getting is because the web host is down, and your not comprehending that.

also uo tiara needs to be updated to v182 still...so you would need to install uo tiara, delete a few files from that datat\db\ folder causesing crashes and then install abyss manually, but most do not understanding modding well enough to do that so just wait.

What are you really dumb blatantly accusing most of us in having poor reading comprehension that you have to explain in a manner like that. First of all there is barely a single person on here that doesn't know what they're doing (except for the few newcomers that occasionally show up) and secondly to assume that we're stupid is not just childish but plain stupid. So basically Pre do us a favor first read all of post before posting something cause you may end up cause people unesscessary grief by having this thread locked, cause this isn't the first time Shaggy has had to do it.

actually in my 4 years of being here and modding this is my first time locking a topic because i didn't want to keep repeating the same answer and not having a solution to that answer, i usually have the patience to do such things as repeating to common or useless posts that could easily be available by reading the OP or last few posts but hey; not everyone is gifted to have the ability to read so i locked the topic, unlocked to reply to playtime and then relocked (because playtime has the ability as a moderator to post in locked topics just because he can and anytime it's available to point out that I've lost my patience; one must do so) until the problem was resolved by my own means since i hardly get any help except for by family, friends and the occasional ad revenue or donation which has allowed me to keep uo tiara as it is now which is arguably better or worse for using a webhost instead of mediafire.

So just to clarify, my main webhost was down, Pre knew that because he read it and didn't comprehend it and failed to think of the precautions as it affected everything about the uo tiara installer and "what you need".

yea...i meant T and i got charged $1 per terabyte i went over and ended up asking friends and family to pay for the overage as this year i was more popular than the rest of my years.

also i do use my webhost to stream live video and stream movies which i'll need to cut down on.

yea, we'll see but i usually pay $12 a year for the main domain and webhost which is free with the promo i got with getting a domain and webhost for free, but the bandwidth is limited so if i go over i may have to pay around $60 each year rather then paying the $6.99 per month for unlimited bandwith plus the $12 for domain so i'm still paying less each year because of the promo i got IF i go over and WAY less if i don't go over.

Actually it's still quite expensive in Australia. About $60-80 AUD/month for unlimited bandwidth.

I assumed that the Tiara already had those files when you download it. I didn't realize that it needs files to be sent when you install it. I assumed that the web host was to install those programs and it's all said and done.

In the past with Tiara's R45, all you had to do was extract it into your Mabinogi folder and mods worked just like that.

You could have said, "mods aren't working because of the web host site is down, so it can't send required files to install." The way you worded things was that you can't download files.

currently my main web host is down which contains both abyss and autobot (uo tiara has a mirror web host for overseas, but often fails with usa isp's), so you will need to download abyss from its main web host http://mabimods.net/index.php?topic=14126.msg216981#msg216981.

as you can see from the first post i posted about the matter, i clearly said that abyss and autobot are downloaded from the web host and those are the two files that were not downloading thus weren't extracting and giving errors about possible anti virus quarantine or firewall.

and the installer also shows several files getting downloaded when installing and has been that way for a year or so.

plus i wouldn't have said "mods aren't working" because my mirror web host has been online this whole time and abyss or autobot are not required for mods to work, someone could just as easily use data packer to apply data folder mods.

The way you phrased it was, "you can't download these files from the web host, so download them from a different web host." If I had read that then I wouldn't have needed to ask why I was getting these errors.

You're right, the mirror was working, thus mods were working. Excuse my ignorance, I didn't know that UOT needed to download files from a web host. But you could of said the reason why you're getting quarantine errors is because the web host is down, so UOTiara can't download and extract them. Thanks for clarifying.

I just started playing Mabi again after quitting for several years. I didn't realize mods changed from simply moving a folder into another folder, to downloading an installer that downloads files.

proffessor's frontend has always been like that so that's why i started making the change to have uo tiara do the same, plus i added more mods and the setup file was becoming quite large so this made it possible to keep the installer under 10mb too.

 ver 182 I'm 99% sure is up to date and the current version. Yet mabinogi stops working when I click game start. Did I do something wrong? I've installed this plenty of times before and I'm not sure why I'd be getting that.

make sure you have no mods packed with data packer.exe and when installing uo tiara be sure to delete your data folder when installing, other then that it's possible the latest abyss for the experimental crash is causing your problem (if you haven't been using it) so you may need to install uo tiara using data packer instead or use an older version of abyss (i would link you too it but i currently don't have it uploaded), and anything more then that i'd have to team view with you or wait to see if it was a mistake on my part.
