That's true too. That's the most obvious reason it wasn't working though.

You extract it to your C:/Nexon/Mabinogi folder. Then use the MNG.ini to turn on/off the mods you want.

when you open up MNG4_0_5.zip there will be a folder that says MNG4_0_5  inside. Open it. Inside of it there will be pre-windows 7 and windows 7. Open up the pre-windows 7 and use the dbghelp.dll, dbghelp.orig, and the mng.ini that are in that folder.

Getting the data folder working!
NOTE: The data packer is now optional!!!
If you plan to also use a patcher please skip this step!
If you plan to use ONLY your data packer, follow this step!


1) Click "Files" under the "Sitemap" heading, on the left side of the site.
2) Scroll down near the bottom, hit "Tools"
3) Look for "English Data Packer 1.3"  I should be on page 3, of the Tools section.
4) Download the data packer.
5) Go to "Forums" now.
6) Go to Client Modifications.
7) Go to The "The Unofficial Tiara's Moonshine Mod for R84 [G14S3]" It's near the top.
8 ) Follow the link on the first post, download the mod, the password to it is on the first post.
9) Run the installer, set it to install to your mabi folder (default is C:\Nexon\Mabinogi)
10) Extract that data packer you got(Google "Winrar" if you don't have it). Right click > Extract here, is how you extract it(winrar must be installed for this option to appear)
11) Now, move the data packer to the mabi folder.
12) Run it. (as admin, right click it)
13) Click "Find"
14) Click "Modify"
15) Close it, run  mabi.
16) Enjoy your new mods.


MNG

1) Click "Forum" on the top bar of the site.
2) Click "Client Modifications"
3) Click "MNG Release 4.0.5 UPDATE 6/16/11 ModifyZoomLimit" It's stickied, thus it's one of the first ones in the list.
4) Read the first post, download the correct version.
5) Download all 3 files*.
6) Place them all, into your mabi folder.

• You now have a patcher, for more advanced use/customizations see step 7, otherwise skip to 9.

7) Open MNG.ini, and start editing it, 0=off, 1=on. If there are more than just 0 or 1, it will be stated what each one does.
8 ) Save the .ini file (not save as, just save)
9) Run mabi, enjoy the patcher.

* All files excluding .ini, can not be run normally, you need to MOVE THEM to the mabi folder, where they will run automatically as the client launches.
The game will do it for you, you don't run it, nor can you.
