For some reason when i check my C:/nexon/mabinogi folder there is no "data" file in it so i cannot place the mods inside it, does anyone know where i can find it if it is even there? Thanks

To have a data folder you download/install Unofficial tiara. From there you'll have the data folder. MNG mods don't go in the data folder anyways. You put MNG inside of C:\Nexon\Mabinogi. So you copy/paste, drag/drop, etc. into that location, and then go into the MNG.ini. It will open up notepad most likely. Turn the mods you want on to 1. Leave the mods you don't want on to 0. If there are other options such as font choice, it will say what number to put for what option. Also you're going to have to increase the thread delay in the MNG.ini to 30000, or else set the thread protect to 2 which allows you to do it manually.

Ok what are the 3 files that you copy and paste into the mabinogi folder from MNG, also i downloaded the unofficial tiara and it didnt work, the files went even in the c:/nexon/mabinogi folder?

You will download unofficial tiara. From there you need to go to where you downloaded it to and double click it. Just keep clicking next. It will automatically make a data folder in you're C:\Nexon\Mabinogi. Unofficial tiara is only data folder. Now download MNG. Open up the MNG using a program such as winrar. Drag the files that are located in there to C:\Nexon\Mabinogi. If a screen pops up to replace something, do it. Now you have everything from the MNG in you're mabinogi directory. Now find the MNG.ini and turn on any and all mods you want to have, set all the stuff, etc. You will need to turn up the thread delay to 30000 like I said. If you get an error post it. Good luck.

Interesting... So you downloaded, ran it and it installed, you kept clicking next until it was fully installed, and there's still no data folder?

i installed mabinogi in C:/Nexon/Mabinogi as same with the unofficial tiara

Select your desktop, as the install dir.

Now check your desktop for anything new.
You should find the data folder.

Place this into your mabi folder manually.
Now, if you have a patcher, run mabi.

If you do not, however, download the data packer, place this into the mabi folder also.
Run it, hit find, hit modify next.

Run mabi now.

Go read my guide, if that doesn't make sense.

ok im going to try it right now also i cant seem to log into mabi it says invalid ID and Passsword?

thank you so much it worked but now how do i login? ive seen a post that most people are having this problem

I know this may seem mean but, you could try looking around first for help or thinking it through more. Don't just ask immediately because you don't know it off hand.
