The .ini is a full list of everything you can do with the mod, following each listed item, is a 0 or a 1. 1 means it's on, 0 means it's off, you can freely change this value, choosing what mods are running and what are not.
Move all 3 files from gerent into mabi folder > Open .ini file (gerentxparty.ini) edit to your liking > Run mabi with your selection of mods.
And stated above me there, prof's mod, Frontend, it's a compilation of mods that you check or uncheck before starting mabi, if you are using windows vista, I advise you avoid this. Any other windows, it's a very good program, it should be exact what you are looking for.
