MTU, nagles algorithm, having internet that isn't horribly useless, etc.

Hardware lag (or in this case, Nexon and/or devcat's refusal to optimize their crap) does not equal internet lag.

At this time I'm being mindful of Shaggy's wishes on how Tiara currently is and am updating accordingly.  Should this become more permanent... To where I may end up providing regular updates... (Oh, wait, I kind of have been, haven't I?  lol) I'd implement something conservative in order not to put people at risk of being banned.  This is a VERY noticeable mod.  This is something that you'd either do solo or with people you trust only, and even then you must be careful.

Personally, I only use them while inside a glitched Saga 1 Episode 4 and using Hydra+Master Title.

It is a visible mod that anyone else can see with their eye so it's best to be cautious with this mod. Personally I wouldn't really add it to the mod packs since you will have to edit the xml to get them to pick up items you want.

It would have to be sumthin that isn't added unless selected in the installer. Say like Frontend... which labels what is Yellow and Red in how dangerous it is/as how obvious it is when used. o.o''

Not saying it's smart to go around showing off your mods, but i don't really believe much of anyone really cares at this point, for most of these minor mods, staff included.  They make an example of you though, when they decide to go on one of their banning sprees, if you become a known modder, so there is that.

Not really random. Fl0rn is just saying to be careful of using mods because you're already doing something against Terms of Service for modifying the game. If you get banned it's the players at fault for the ban not Nexon. So just don't fling around using mods at ease because someone could go off a bitter end.

Feels like you should be, helping some of these people.  I mean, some of them only look for responses specifically to them, and ignore everything else.  So, if you're bent on helping people...

I'm really not sure how to take that...  In light of how many TeamViewer sessions I've had, and all that I've done so far.  Combine that with some other things that are going in relation to Tiara... This kind of rubs me the wrong way atm.  So, for now I'm going to take a step back and re-evaluate things.  I can now truly understand how Shaggy and even Blade must feel at times. >_>

I only go so far back as far as dates on things.  About 2 weeks tops.  The reasons for that are because either they've been helped, I've PMed them and helped them behind the scenes, or perhaps that what they initially asked about may no longer be relevant or applicable.

I don't know how to word this well without making an essay of it or something, but i'll try to keep purely on point and simple.

A user such as yourself, i view as different than most.  You set up a mod pack, keep it updated, and troubleshoot it as well as a variety of other issues for other users.  You go out of your way to help players, who i wouldn't even look twice at due to their attitude.  I do not look down on your actions, or think poorly of you in any way.  I applaud such effort and would encourage you to keep doing it, despite how i would handle the situation myself.

I think differently though, of the ones who come in and ask questions that are clearly outlined in the first post.  As always, there are exceptions to the rule, which i won't detail.  And there are those who expect everyone to cater to the individuals who come in and ask something that was covered not 10 posts ago, and do this repeatedly.  I avoid these.

So, i wouldn't do what you're doing, and i may come across harshly cuz of it, but i do still appreciate the effort put in regardless.

I'm afraid that won't happen to you

It's actually quite possible to remove most of graphics or downtone it to make it less laggy but from we getting it's mostly like denagle,mtu,internet speed. Even removing all graphics you'll still experience lags just less.

Edit: On the flip side, Confetti bow is fixed and now no one can see female sit pose on male characters.

Does anybody know why I don't see or hear Hailstorm charing after the initial charge?

I don't see the iceball of death thats supposed to be at the end of my staff, as well as the charging its supposed to be doing to make the iceball bigger. o.o'' lol

The server is in charge of mob/player/whatever viewable distance.  When you get out of view and they vanish it sends an EntitiesVanish or whatever packet, for example.

Remove custom packs and/or the data folder to see if they're the cause of the hailstorm issue, though I'll note the sound effect might not work for you when others are charging it.

I've done it several times while alone. Also while inside episode 4 saga 1. I've also gone into the mabi folder and changed the name of the "data" folder to "data1".Then tried loading mabi to see if it effected Hailstorm.

Still doesn't make a charging sound for the ~"individual"~ extra charges after the initial startup charge for the ice ball thats supposed to be at the end of the staff during Hailstorm. I rly need to figure it out while the magic 2x event is still up x.x''' lol. Help fixing this would b greatly appreciated >.<''' ♥.

Don't rename it to something starting with "data", stuff can still find it.  Remove it.  Make it not there.  Whatever happens to it, there should no longer be /mabinogi/data*/ anything at all.

Just tested and I'm getting sounds on all charges even after firing one off.
