Nexon has recently updated Mabinogi to a 64 bit client. This update has broken many mods in memory patchers for the time being. The mod creators are working hard to essentially rebuild all mods from scratch, and this process will take some time. Please be patient, and stay tuned for more updates.

So I got as far as getting the models in game and choosing textures, but what ends up happening is that it will only be one material, uncontrolled so I figured I have to cut the model in to parts save them separately and import them like that so in the end I can choose what goes where from which textures.
What exactly are you making?
Post the model, so i can identify the problem further.

I would really just like to learn rather than someone else working on it because then that will leave me stuck for future development. :L

I'm trying to cut it in to parts like;
Bulb
Body(including head)
Left eye
Right eye
Mouth
etc, etc.
Well i'm not one to explain nor can i explain well, if this is how you are planning to start making visual mods for Mabi, You won't get it.
