Nexon has recently updated Mabinogi to a 64 bit client. This update has broken many mods in memory patchers for the time being. The mod creators are working hard to essentially rebuild all mods from scratch, and this process will take some time. Please be patient, and stay tuned for more updates.

Anyways I posted a readme.txt and other things I think about the file location. You can extract the data folder from that Sky Dragon wear right to c/nexon/mabinogi or take the pmg file out of it and place it in the c/nexon/mabinogi/data/gfx/char/human/male/wear

Hmm.. I extracted the data folder into C/Nexon/Mabinogi, but the Sky Dragon wear.. still doesn't show up.

take the pmg out of the folder then and extract it to it o.o;

I'm not sure how I get this? I putted in the PMG into Mabinogi folder, but the clothes still doesn't appears. 

(did what you said too, extract the data folder in, still didn't work)

Okay...go into the data folder that contains the pmg and go all the way through till you see the actual pmg - copy it - then go to your root Mabinogi folder and go into the data>gfx>char>human>wear and paste it in.

You don't HAVE to download Tiara. You HAVE to download Nogiparty or a similar system. Tiara is just data folder mods +Nogiparty.

so wouldnt downloading Tiara be giving him both things instead of just Nogiparty? or does Nogiparty not have data folder mods like Tiaras .-.? The data folder is somewhat of a mystery to me...

which would be obvious cause you'd have to make folders if they aren't there in the data folder - I learned to make folders if its not there o-o;
