its in the guides section, dude. this is like basic modding 101. i'm just pretty surprised that you have 1.4k posts on a modding forum and don't even know how to edit race.xml.

because race editing is seriously basic level modding and makes things often 100% easier than pmg swaps for pet edits.

check the guides section once in a while, maybe you'll learn something.

Only way to truly change the size is to also edit the frame and animations.
or you'll have a really messed up looking tiger ._.
