Rename the naked underwear file female_leatherminiskirtB_bss.pmg for Mini Leather Ring Type, female_leatherminiskirtA_bss.pmg for the star type, female_newbie01_bss.pmg for beginner skirt, female_newbie02_bsm.pmg for beginner long pants.

I haven't actually tested the naked ones but i assume it would not be detailed.

Whatever file you choose needs to be renamed "female_underwear_bss.pmg". You put it in data\gfx\char\human\female\wear.
