Nexon has updated NGS a while back, crippling all memory patchers for the time being. Unfortunately, there will not be any way to edit memory directly unless a full NGS bypass becomes available. Most data folder mods are not affected by this, but require a data folder packer to take effect in-game.

Is it still possible to mod your doll bag to pick up any item you want?

I haven't got any dolls to actually pickup any items specified in race.xml, so I believe it's controlled server-side ever since they updated the doll logic.
