Hello,
I'm having issues with patching the game with the launcher. The patching works well but it would update BlackCipher files and breaking Abyss. I have to manually put clean Abyss files again in my mabi folder.

Is there an option I should check in the settings for this?

The fix for this is still in the works. This behavior is correct at this time.

Yeah Abyss replaces a Mabi file so updating normally puts the original Mabi file back.

I created my account signing into the Nexon Launcher through gmail.  So I guess its a secondary account and not a real Nexon account.

Nexon Launcher does not work on my Vista machine. Does this require it in some way?
If I don't have the Client.exe can this download the whole game or is it only for patching?

Nexon launcher is a pile of jerk (<- lol censor is great).  This replaces it, you don't need that trash anymore.

You need to have client.exe to do anything. However... You can create a new blank file, name it client.exe, and this will then download everything for you (including fixing the blank client for a real one)

Thank you! I thought I wouldn't be able to play anymore since I still use Vista. I know I should upgrade but I've just been too lazy.

are you able to login to the website and if so does a captcha appear?, sometimes when relogging to many times too quickly nexon will cause extra security measures to take place.
currently their are a few issues with the launcher not dealing with the captcha and those that use secondary accounts like gmail/facebook

Currently most accounts are required to verify a new device when using hyddwn launcher.  Since launcher does not have the ability to verify itself you will have to use steam or nexon launcher for now.

My friend has a problem on a specific account where if they try to log in with Hyddwn, the client would just crash during the "loading into world" stage. This doesn't occur for any other accounts they own, however. It's just that one account that refuses to work.

The account works fine and loads into the game correctly if launched through Nexon Launcher.

Could this be an item based crash or something? No errors are given when they crash, the client just closes while it's entering the world.

Try turning off option to run on data folder, then login.  Most mod related crashes that are account or even character specific are data folder mods.

Unless something changed, there was a method of using multiple steam accounts that were tied to nexon accounts to multiclient.  It required you to force close steam after launching game.

The login issue is acknowledged, I am currently working one the fix for it now.

What does it mean by Localization string? Sorry if this has been answered, did a ctrl+F and didnt find anything.
