[Release] Obvious Dragon Support Action

There've been some issues on Ruairi with people using the dragon horn action on the chest area or during the Girgashiy fight
and then everybody's trying to figure out who did it so we can avoid inviting them in the future.  It can often be pretty hard to
tell who actually did it since it's a relatively-subtle animation to look out for in battle, so I decided to make it more obvious.

Since it's an animation for a larger entity with a different framework, you get this.
