GFX card, should be special to your card. May be in your icons by the clock (possibly hidden) or probably can right click the desktop to pull it up. That will generally get you a 'user gui' type of deal, to configure it and get statistics. You'll have to look around or google your brand, to figure out specifically the software version or hardware specs you're using. And odds are, if you're inquiring about how to check all this, your software version is out of date.
Directx, yeah you can open run (shortcut is winkey+r) and just type dxdiag to open a window which will give you information, including version. That should be sufficient for mabi.
On a related note to dxdiag though, it tells you the most recent version you're on, but if you're on a new computer with windows 10, odds are you're missing old directx version files. For example, if you tried to run something like warcraft 3 or a super nintendo emulator, it would tell you you're missing some kind of d3d9 or dx type of file. (there will be more in the name than those bits, but the name will likely include those characters) I don't think this will be an issue with NGS honestly, but i figured i'd toss out what i know, for knowledge's sake.
UOTiara, go to data/db and look for race.xml. That's usually a good indicator that you're using tiara. It's possible you're not using that file honestly, but it's typically updated with almost every tiara update, and a very easy file to look for. If you're concerned with checking if mods are a problem though, just temporarily tell abyss or kanan not to read data folder, or remove any custom pack files. Keep in mind, that won't actually disable abyss or kanan's if you have them running though, those methods are just to stop data mods from working.
