Pretty disappointing honestly, for a professional role.
Her job should be receiving and sending information back and forth between the players and her higher-ups. For the most part, it just seems like she's only handling social media, as opposed to to listening to player concerns. Her statement on the video pretty much represents her mindset on the matter.
I quite love how MapleStory's community manager handle things in comparison.
For starters, he is very active on their subreddit (/r/maplestory), and he constantly listens to player concerns on a daily basis.
What really got me to notice him is that, there was a certain update that was going to include some pay-to-win items, due to his quick communicating to the community he managed to pull back the patch and prevented a lot of unnecessary drama because of that.
Alas, change won't happen. The community is pretty happy with Sabina, they love her, and to be honest, if things are going well, you shouldn't fix what's not broken, amirite? :3
