BEFORE DOWNLOADINGmake sure you back up your GUI folder. This
will replace most mods in that folder, including and not limited to map mods. Just copy whatever mods you had, and paste them over top this mod.
Spoiler's just my rambling/notes. Nothing important for the general user.
Opted to save some files with their transparencies, even though it pretty much doubles the file size of what it could be. It was primarily interface features, such as log-in screen or the search-bar in the inventory. Files are still smaller than their originals though.
Some of the journal completion images refused to open for me, i don't know why. So i removed them from my edits/mod and continued with my work. Same for a few files in the general gui folder.
There are many files, such as previous generations log-in files, that i went ahead and left in and reduced the file size. They will increase the size of this mod, but it was easier on me to do it this way than to try and remember which specific files we used and try to remove those we won't see again. If anyone actually gets the urge to sift through all them, you are more than welcome, and appreciated at that, to publicly release your version.
The following map directory had jpg instead of dds maps. Some of them are in this mod and others aren't. Due to the different format, i could decrease some files by saving at 100% quality, but others increased. Go figure.

GUI 4 is all just .jpg maps. Honestly, i don't think it's useful but i included it in its own folder just in case.
