I agree with you but then again once you get the hang of it IT IS REALLY SIMPLE! But since it's most people we're talking about we won't bother learning since we're like lazy bums

What if you just want to share ideas instead of requesting but leaving it there open for anyone that is possibly interested in it?
After all there are over 600 art works i have drawn as concepts for people looking for ideas.

Theres guides that tell exactly what you need, what to do, how to do it, and everything you need to know. I've looked through many of the requests topics and most of them the person fails to provide a model.

So please don't get mad if someone tells you to look through a guide because your too lazy to go find a model to give someone else something to work with to help you.

No matter how many times it's said, no matter how many threads there are for it, they just make a thread said and post "I want this, give it to me now."

I assume, this is regarding my post in the PMG request thread.
PMG's are the MOST COMMON type of mod we have here, there are threads EVERYWHERE about it, more guides for this than anything else, several are STICKIED threads, I even made my own guide for modding in the newest update, which included the basics of PMG swapping, oh, and guess what.  When that thread was made, my guide was still on THE FRONT PAGE of the freaking website.

I can't type "PMG" or "Swap" into the search bar, without finding several posts explaining how it's done.

The only time it is remotely okay to post asking for PMG swaps, is in the thread for the guide, asking for further assistance on something written you didn't understand, or when completely editing something, example, one thread was asking to take cars out of drift city, to use as mounts in mabi.
We have FAR too many guides explaining how to do PMG swaps that there simply should never be an okay time to request someone to swap it.

The exception being, when the filepaths get all scrambled like in the case of the preG13 magic animations, and no one can find anything.
