Path is invalid, meaning you're trying to extract them to your Mabinogi installation folder?
I'm guessing that is what you're trying to do, next question.
As I have not downloaded this HD mod, but I'm going to assume that it has an installer like Tiara/Frontend, therefore it probably uses default file path.
Is your Mabinogi in the default file path, which is:
C:\Nexon\Mabinogi
If it is not, next would be to check if the installer has an option to unpack into a different installation path.
If not, move your Mabi to that file path (you can create the necessary folders just as long as it gets there).
On a side note.
Demanding someone to give you something on this website will be the slowest and most ineffective way to gather the information and materials required to do what you want to do. Next time you need something, or need help with something, ask nicely and accordingly.
Also this post is almost a year old, and may not work anymore as Mabi had a major GUI rework. Choco can confirm/deny this bit of information because just reading the last page of this thread, I have an 80% feeling he was the one continuing work on it after it died.
P.S. The modded HD Sky MAY NEED more than one file to fully take effect and have the desired effect you want. i.e. It may have three or four parts (one for sky, clouds, stars, moon/sun) so demanding a specific file may lead you nowhere.
