Answer, yes.
I believe UO Tiara has it.  I put up a mod to remove the flash effect from enduring performance shortly after bard was released, while it doesn't remove all the effects you can at least figure out what file to mod using the download.

i use your mod it remvoed the orb from my character an sometimes from other people but it does not work 100% of the time on all 3 races iv still seen it on giants

The aura for enduring melody being removed, was actually an unintended side-effect.  My primary problem was that enduring melody would make a bright flash regularly and i typically spam enduring or oveture while fighting.  In dim lighting, it gets to cause head-aches fast, so i removed the bright flash. I've noticed it randomly removes the aura from players as well.  Giants, humans, and elves alike, though it seems more common for the effect to be removed from giants for me.
