Nexon has recently updated Mabinogi to a 64 bit client. This update has broken many mods in memory patchers for the time being. The mod creators are working hard to essentially rebuild all mods from scratch, and this process will take some time. Please be patient, and stay tuned for more updates.

File directory this goes in:
data/gfx/gui/gui_ver2

File:
http://puu.sh/1klsp

"Changes are barely even noticed, why bother?"
_This file is roughly 9% the size of the original, ie nice lag reduction.  Transparency is removed however, which accounts for the loss in size.  If you click 'translucent' in your options though, the windows will still remain see-through.

"Can you change it so it does not replace the Electric Gray interface?"
_No, i can not, however you can.  Place it where i listed, now rename it as one of the following, and leave .dds on the end:
apricots, cityman, black, doll_gauge, dollpink, flame, green, grey, ivory, mustard, neongreen, neonpink, ocean, pink, skyblue
Note, if you do not see .dds on the end of the file you download, then you do not need to add it, just name it as one of the listed 'colors' above.

Sorry if it's a bit big. I reduced the size of it by a good bit compared to my normal resolution, which is also why the quality isn't too great.  First two on the left are the default UI, while the two on the right is my edit.  As you can see with my edit, despite that i removed the transparency from the file, it does indeed go transparent when the appropriate option is selected.  However, the reduced my file is noticeable on low end PCs.

How did u make it 95% less of the original file size?

Actually, i think it was 91% smaller, but either way it was because i removed the transparency.

Obviously a bit of changes were applied, as you can see the checkboxes on the two images on the right half, are brighter than the ones on the left.  But those wouldn't affect file size, so irrelevant to the point..

Oh i figured that out last night using paint . net but i made a blue one (because blues my favorite color) instead i figured it out by pressing black and white because i thought how many colors had somthing to do with the size but it took off the transparency so i went and made it blue lol Thanks anyway~ +1 karma for responding within a day most people dont do that

While i appreciate the thought, it's a bit of an unfair assumption.  The time of the response(s) boil down to free time and timing.  Not everyone has a lot of free time due to rl, so some can't respond in a timely manner.
