Maybe some elaboration would explain it better? The Q&A you posted was what explains it though. It's packed, so it can't read what it actually does in order to verify that it does nothing malicious, so it assumes it is malicious.
Might be easier to think of it like a present. An antivirus would scan the wrapping, because that's all it can see. However, when it's loaded into memory, or "opened", then it becomes more clear what it does. This was only done as an easy way to avoid detection by NGS, and to try and stop more people from trying to easily steal the work of myself and others who have collaborated.
