Did multi-client stop working? gives me an ngs error when I open more than 1 client..

Been a few weeks since I had to check in on this site. I'm just now seeing Abyss has been updated twice since I last got an NGS error (odd?). I just installed the new version from 2/14 after logging into the game and noticing my cp scouter wasn't working after today's maintenance (2/16/2017). I'm only using Abyss and I'm not getting NGS'd. Only issue seems to be the scouter isn't working so I can't view CP.

Chiming in to say I am getting the exact same scouter error; running baseline abyss, no other mods. I haven't been ngs'd at all either.

Update may take a few days this time. It depends on how much time either Step, or myself, end up having. If NGS happens before all of the patches are fixed, Scouter will be fixed at the very least. Sorry about the delay.

I managed to squeeze a bit of time in tonight, though I'll be getting less sleep than I should.. but at least it's fixed now.

Hey there, I honestly have no clue what's up but whenever I attempt to run mabinogi with abyss, even as a fresh install, I'll start up the game and the process will just hang without even starting up the game, no NGS popup or anything. It's been happening the last few patches so I don't know if maybe my AV might be getting pissy, but I'm not seeing it detecting anything when I extract the files from the archive to my mabi directory. Many thanks.

A. Make sure you aren't using pake, otherwise I don't know.

Check Pr0boszcz's response.  It's possible abyss is conflicting with another mod/patcher too.  Make sure you don't have any redundant features in something such as kanan's or frontend.  If that still fails, make sure to disable data folder read, anything that would read your data folder, and temporarily remove any custom .pack files.  Next steps would include restarting your pc, and try disabling abyss' features either one by one or in a bunch to see if that helps.  Latter being least likely to help, i would assume, as usually abyss is fairly solid in that regard, as well as i'd expect to see other complaints if it was abyss' fault alone.

Ain't much help i know to offer, other than requesting you do the troubleshooting yourself.  I would encourage you to post problems such as that in tech support though, unless you know without a doubt, it's specifically tied to abyss and not due to a complication such as i listed previously.  Good luck resolving your problems.

Category: Trojan (Win32/Fuery.B!cl)

Description: This program is dangerous and executes commands from an attacker.

Recommended action: Remove this software immediately.
