Nexon has recently updated Mabinogi to a 64 bit client. This update has broken many mods in memory patchers for the time being. The mod creators are working hard to essentially rebuild all mods from scratch, and this process will take some time. Please be patient, and stay tuned for more updates.

NGS doesn't detect foreign DLLs, they just actively started targeting stuff directly.

What, exactly, happens when you try to do anything?

(Also data folder loading doesn't work unless the DLL is in Mabi's directory.)

Oh...ah didn't know that. Also, I realized while trying stuff out there was one huge mistake I made and was really dumb. I was still using the .dll from the July 21st revision this whole time, and it just hit me a few minutes ago to try and use the new revision's .dll. After doing that and placing it into the Mabi folder, it detects both Abyss and the .dll instantly. Thank you guys for the replies.

The Injected mabi doesn't seem to launch for me. It was working fine till about 2 days ago(I did have to update it after 29th). I don't think there another update since?

If the Client doesn't launch, try increasing the time at the top by maybe 500 or so?

Try making sure your injection time isn't too high.  If it's too low the client will kill itself, if it's too high the mods won't work, and if it's at 0 you get a .NET Framework error or something.  You need to get the timing down for when you're not running other programs, so that they won't delay the client loading or w/e the issue is, and if you're frequently running other programs then you'll also want to find a second time that's more compatible for when you have other programs working.  At that point, if you don't wish to have two different times you can play with it and see if you can find a happy middle-ground so that you don't have to worry about changing the timer now and then.

The bigger the differences in the startup time of your client when trying to inject, at its peak and at its worst, then the more trouble you are likely to hit with injecting.  If you can at least confirm it worked, then the next step is just to make several more attempts while playing with the timers.  You'll get accustomed to dealing with the injector and get a feel for which values work for you, and it will be easier to adjust it yourself in the future if any other issues occur, without having to wait on help.

I see, that worked, thanks, Ive set my timer to around 750~ and its working now. One thing though, Morrighan will not connect when launched with the injector, it will launch but it will not connect.

Double-checking some things.

1) Injected Abyss (renamed several times) with RemoteDLL; booted.

2) Closed RemoteDLL after injection so that it wasn't running in the background; booted.

3) Ran a clean client with DirectLaunch (Abyss files still sitting in mabi directory); no boot.

4) Re-named RemoteDLL and Perx for injection; booted. (Edited@18:21)

5) Tried to use RemoteDLL on the Jul21 .dll; failed to inject. (Edited@20:22)

Guess we'll play Laginogi for a bit.

Just started getting kicked with ngs error after it working all this time. The person that  play with isn't having a problem. I tried adjusting the timer with no good results.

I was NOT able to replicate this. Definitely booted with a NGS error after 5 minutes. How did you rename Perx?

Does this mean you were booted after 15 minutes? If not, how did you inject the July21 dll? I tried using the July21 and the RemoteDLL failed to inject. You may have used a clean client in that case, which doesn't boot.

For me my mabinogi has been getting detected with the abyss injector. Did they update the detector or something? This never happened before until today
