Setting it to 0 will disable it from even making the hook. Make sure dsound.ini is in the same directory as the dll (if you inject; otherwise make sure they're both in your Mabinogi folder for them to automatically be called). Make sure the file extension is ini or it won't work as well. Outside of this I have no advice, it works for me and it works for others, sorry.

Ok, so. I have had this problem today only on two different laptops. I don't know if this is Abyss causing it or what; I don't even know if its Mabi's fault. does anyone know why this is happening? This pops up every time i try to move areas in Mabi and forces me to close the program.

Sorry ahead of time if this is a completely stupid question.

From your description it sounds as though you have an outdated Tiara.. If that's not the case then for some reason the Themida patch isn't applying successfully and I would like to investigate that problem.

Oh, thank you. I just reinstalled UOTiara and Abyss both to make sure and it seems to have worked.

so then what would you do with the regular password?......
woudl you say
Username: Blade=0000                (I seriously derped here, thinking it would be as easy as putting it into the login screen)
Password: 3575

Well, tried it out and it works.  Obviously it is missing a few things I relied on like ad remover, but this is definitely really nice.   Would you mind explaining to me how you made it?  Like as if I was a child x.x  Issues with real life have really screwed me over...

Mods these days are made through memory editing. If you wish to know more I would suggest researching it.

Have you added an "Another client" detection? I noticed recently when I try to open a second client, it gives me

I haven't tried without the mods yet, so I'm not sure if its just the update or if its Abyss.

Abyss in itself (dsound.dll) has nothing to do with that. I haven't done any testing to see if it was Lays doing with dinput8.dll or happened in a Client update. You're free to test.

Hmm.. it doesn't seem to be abyss at all (as far as I can tell).

I guess another dll had removed this message, which is why I never noticed it. But this other dll no longer works D:

yes and funny thing is it worked too, until a few days after 134.

A lot of people are having trouble with this after 134 and I have no idea why. I haven't run into any real troubles.

However, Default Range Swap was changed dramatically. It's a whole new edit since that whole section of code was revamped.

The lag is still horrible, abyss isnt helping much.  I had to fail a G15 Escape from Belvast because I took too long due to lag.

I never said anything about lag.. there's server lag; no amount of modifications Client side will prevent this.
