Hey Fam!
I'm kinda new to modding and all but installing this seemed to be pretty easy
Now after the install I tried to run the game and all seemed normal until after loading the HackShield (or should i say CrackShield)
It loaded fine (progress bar getting to the end) but after that it seems like the application stopped working. The secondary anticheat that loads right after didn't load and the client ultimately didn't load up. I tried reading the troubleshooting guide and it didn't really help me with anything (honestly I'm a pretty new player and have little to no idea what pake is) so any help would be appreciated. Thanks again for the release!

If you really did install it correctly, you shouldn't be getting any anticheat pop-ups or splash screens.

The latest release is:
June 29, 2015: Added CutsceneSkip and new options and fixes for WindowPosition.
This is per the changelog.
If you don't have this, then you might want to update/get the latest.  It seems a lot of people have missed it, and are going by the date in the subject header.

I just successfully went to the first post, downloaded it, and opened it with no problem.  So the issue is on your end.

Any update on re-creating the old BugleToSystemMessage, where it put all system messages into the system plot?
I'm finding that I miss the bard skills being shunted down there a bit more than usual.

If it's possible to be done via abyss, slash command or not, then it's in the .ini

Actually not true. Though I guess I should have added them along with their descriptions in the ini. If he read the first post he would have had his answer though so I don't see a reason to actually respond.

Hackshield error... search for it, this is a simple one.

well i've read the first post a couple times and no where have i found what the slash commands meant

like i would like to know what these mean

/MinimapZoom
/NoDelay
just so i know what tools i have to use. a brief description of what each command did is all i would like to know.

How does one not know what this one means?  It is, itself, a description.

Also, these are actually in the .ini.  I just checked myself.

really though i just copied some stuff that was a bunch of stuff i didnt know, also when Blade said he didnt put a discription in the ini i didnt check.

If Blade says it's not there, then it's not.  However the ones you had used as the example are indeed there.
I wouldn't know which are missing, sadly.

I believe we also have /sync option, which is not in the ini.  I think most the rest are.  Look at the names of features in the ini, and compare them to the slash commands, you can check the descriptions after that.  Should clear up practically all the  slash commands.

I can only speak from my own experience, but when i used /sync it crashed my client and corrupted my cache data. (I'd crash again when logging in)

After wiping the cache things were fine though.

I tried it, shortly after it was added in.  It lagged my game horribly for 3-5 seconds or something, then the game would resume like normal with everything where it should be.  I could use it, only issue was the lag while it synced, which made it relatively pointless.

If i type /sync when i don't need it, nothing happens. If i do it when i do need it it lags me (only about half a second though, not 3 like most people who've reported that lag here) and my character ends up laying down and saying "zzz zzz".

Character position gets desynched often, usually due to lag. If it's by a small amount, moving by clicking and then waiting a while, or running around in circles can fix it, but that's not always an option in combat.

This also would have been useful all those times i got stuck behind an obstacle and didn't find out till the client thought i was on the other side of the map(back when moongates ran on a schedule and ppl actually had to walk sometimes).

Hooray. It's useful for laying down ~ finally a proper use of the feature!

So after the alban update, the new titles show as title xml (numbers) to me. Is that just me? and if so , how do i fix that.

Delete your outdated data folder mods.

That has nothing to do with Abyss. update your xmls.

Abyss works fine. Update your other mods, help can be found in the threads for whichever other mods you are using.
