Yes my wife is having the same problem, crashing every time she click on the mailbox, and me everytime i talk to an npc lol..
You forgot to mention in this post that you're using Tiara as well. There are other hardware and software details that might be relevant, but overall this is Mabinogi folder specific info.
Quoting you via my PM, for educational purposes:

Can you help me fix this please, thanks!
my mods are set up normally the only thing i have as a + is the mob life bar that all
The thing about Tiara is this: The last officially mandated release was 201, and I've since updated via file releases to 203. These releases have to be installed in a specific order after you install 201. If this isn't done, then you'll have issues. So put simply, make sure you remove older versions of Abyss and Tiara. See my guide in my sig for more info. Then make sure you have Abyss--the current one for 203. Also make sure you have Tiara 201 and install it full, minus the risky options. Then copy my 203 files over Tiara's install into the data folder. Data Packer needs to be looked into a bit more as to what it's sketchy at times. So this means I point Abyss to use the data folder (Data Folder=1) As I've been playing a lot more lately (growing my character), I haven't been focusing on some things as this is out of my territory. I'm really not sure who wrote or updates Data Packer, but it may be time again.
This is what I'm currently doing now to run Abyss and Tiara or rather in my case my personal merge of Tiara-Cami which won't be released per others wishes. I've had no issues with my mods working, just one freeze/client not responding issue, but that's one since Abyss has been released, but I was using CE at the same time too. Since I stopped using CE I haven't had any issues. So right now for the most part Abyss seems solid, just needs the kinks worked out, but they'll get there.
Do study my guide please. Then proceed carefully once you understand it and you should be fine. I personally am the guinea pig for many of my friends that I share my mods with, and I trust them not to release my mods, as I personally install them and verify them. On average it takes me about an hour at least per computer via TeamViewer because I tweak their PC at the same time. I've noticed there's a lot of people out there that have VERY messed up PCs and Mabi installs. =/
