Nexon has recently updated Mabinogi to a 64 bit client. This update has broken many mods in memory patchers for the time being. The mod creators are working hard to essentially rebuild all mods from scratch, and this process will take some time. Please be patient, and stay tuned for more updates.

Weird, whenever I download Abyss I follow the steps and usually it just doesn't launch the gamer after "Game Start".

To better explain myself, I follow all the steps as the instructions are stated. I launch the HS then I launch mabinogi but whenever I click Game Start it just does nothing afterwards.
This can sometimes be caused by an uncooperative AV, but a way to get around it is directly launching the client.

Make a shortcut to client.exe and then go to the properties, at the end of Target, put this.

FOV is down at this time.  There are a few other mods that don't work like giantcamerafix if you have it.  Be sure to check your logs please for status on your mods.
Also when referring to mod_sharker you may want to post in that thread please.  Keeps the mods and original makers of each project happy. ;)

Edit: Also I did get the mod to work, but the common Dungeon Warping Glitches and Ego glitches are present.

Abyss... one of the options in your .ini is probably interfering with the game, assuming you've honestly narrowed it down to abyss.  If you actually did that, you should have no problem figuring out the problem, so i don't really need to help you, do i?

If you try to tell me you do need help, then i'll refer you to the first post, read it and do the tips on it.  Detail what happened at what point during startup, if you tried the tips and the game still don't launch.  If you remove your abyss and data folder, and the client insta closes for example, then it's clearly not abyss and you need to be in tech support, i wouldn't know what to do to help you either.

Hardly. Bugtrap is simpleton from what it looks like.
It looks for changes from a blank its given, and if there's any changes it kills the client and hands you the error data.

Very easy fix would be to throw a stone in its gears, or edit the blank to what its looking for changes, ijl15.dll.
Disregarding that abyss might be broke, this is the first blockade.

but crackshield its self is not affected. i removed modded dll n ran it and still needed crackshield. turned it on n it let me login . so it attacked the abyss not crackshield

Hmm. I don't think Abyss allowed you to use the npc killing thing, so I'm unsure. I think nexon simply tried to fix it based on what they had available.

npc killing? lol u lost me there as that was not an option i was aware of. only things i used it for was multi client, read people their cps cause they wanted to know and use it to zoom out further lol

i only know that when i removed abyss's modded dll and put the original dll back it stopped giving bugtrap. so ... logic would dictate they attacked abysss...... then again my logic could be severely flawed so... yea dont quote me on it LOL

Those type of mods are not permitted to be in Mabimods. Any related mods like those would be removed.

They're using a new compiler. The NPC killing was already fixed by disabling the ability to use celestial spikes on NPCs.

but crackshield its self is not affected. i removed modded dll n ran it and still needed crackshield. turned it on n it let me login . so it attacked the abyss not crackshield
I'm pretty sure they're not "attacking" anything.

How did you get MultiClient to work?
Only in Mabinogi, where you sketch :censored: and get Enchant scrolls for them.

You have to enable the Multi client in the abyss.ini or i think its activated automaticly and on the main post on page 1 at the bottom of the FIRST post there some file you can download, you have to download MabiDirectLunch and you start your second mabi from that .exe make sure you run it as administrator or else it doesn't work
