For sure, it's abyss. I know that for a fact. lol. I don't have any tiara mods whatsoever other than mod_sharker. By lock, I'm assuming being at a certain area where it won't load at all? My main is located in dunbarton, so there's no way it can crash there (not in my knowledge that is). My human alt is located in dunbarton and it did not crash the client. But for sure, it's abyss lol.
---Update---
Here are some puushes when I have abyss

OK,
You're convinced that the problem is Abyss, but have been asked to rule out your data folder. Until you do that, as a troubleshooting measure... There's no confirming that it's Abyss either. Whatever is IN your "data" folder matters a LOT. I speak from experience as do Fl0rn and thatguysteve, as well as many others. We mean no disrespect (well, usually lol), but it can be frustrating trying to help someone when they're being uncooperative. I've been there myself on your end, and until I did exactly as I was asked, there were no definitive results. You refer to there only being 2 "files" in your folder, but... those are clearly directories, and the contents matter a lot. Those 2 directories cause the most issues out of any directories, aside from ...\data\xml\ and ...\data\local. The ...\data\code\ and ...data\db are the other 2 main ones that cause issues when they're outdated.
So, to rule out your data folder, please do in this order:
1. Close Abyss aka Hackshield and make sure your client is closed when doing this.
2. (Optional) Run DataPacker, and choose to remove mods, if this is how you use your data folder. Make sure you do this before the next step. Also remember to do this, should you decided to remove/delete your data folder later, or you'll hose your .packs. If you use Abyss only with just your data folder then disregard the DataPacker part, and just proceed to the next step.
3. Rename your data folder to like "bakdata". Also go into abyss.ini and set data folder=0 (These measures are to entirely exclude in all ways that data folder)
4. Run Abyss (Hackshield) and then your Mabinogi client.
5. Screen shot your folders if you wish to show us, that you did those changes. Also, please screen shot any errors if you get any. This helps immensely in trying to troubleshoot, provided the info that we need is in those shots.
Some quick notes:
Did you update Nexonguard? This can also cause some of your issues with the client, as the client relies on that. Please see my guide in my sig (do a CTR+F to search for Nexonguard). You also mentioned that you use mod_sharker.dll Since you're using this, I presume you know how to disable it. You want to disable this as well in the loaddll section to confirm that it's Abyss only that is the issue. There are many patches that mod_sharker currently uses that are outdated. Mod_kirisame has nothing to do with your issues btw, it's part of Abyss and works as intended. Blade used the code from that and gave credit where it's due, hence why he mentions it in the boot up of Abyss, and also mentions it on the first page of this thread.
