I've used patchers beyond the intelligence of many modders here, private, and unique ones, I think you're talking to the wrong guy.

Hey I seem to have a problem, After I launch HShield and it comes up in my taskbar and says it's working, when I try to start mabinogi nothing happens, as though I didn't even launch it. Any suggestions?

I'm getting an error 0x3000ffff on Windows XP. Doesn't seem anyone else has had this problem either. Any ideas?

Well I fixed this, But I can no longer hear bard after deleting that MSXspirit.dls file :|

Do you use a foreign language computer or Mabi? I've heard it doesn't work with those. If not, what are you using?

That's exactly what I'm using, so I'm not sure why that would be failing. Is there anything about your system dll's that might be different?

I recently tried to install SweetFX to my mabinogi folder, but I'm pretty sure I've deleted all of those files, that's only thing I can think of. Maybe I'll try a fresh install?

Not sure if that would help. Are you an Admin on your comp? Do you have UAC enabled? How about antivirus?

It's better than that. Yiting's made crackshield so that it won't run if it detects ANY hooking of the networking features.

Forever, unless:

Someone edits crackshield or makes a different bypass.

Lots of capable people out there, but some are lazy, and none are going to just hand out pake enablers.

Yes. Just to check if it's stopping it. You can put it back after you check to see if anything changes.

Nope, there wasn't any change at all, by now I'm convinced it has something to do with other mods I've tried installing

Well no crap pakes not working atm, it's not for anybody. Was for me in the summer though pretty recently. But anyway I had quit mabi for a while and Im coming back now, i've literally went to this site, client modifications, clicked on this thread proceeded to dl the latest abyss and was confused when i didn't see an .ini in dl. No bsing me pls, and yes, I was using a private patcher and a working pake when it was broken in the past, so i'm not a noob and i'm very familiar with this stuff lol.

I've lost track of how many private patchers I've had/used.

And I mean that quite literally.


Please, feel free to tell us why any of us should give freaks, or even why you using private patchers is even relevant.
