Hello, I'm having a bit of trouble with this version. I followed the instructions on the first page (no Solaris installed, unzip all files to the Mabinogi folder, run HSLaunch.exe prior to running Mabinogi) and made no other changes. There are no changes to anything once in game, and there are no error mesages. Any idea what could be happening? Thanks!

Did it ask to overwrite files? Did you overwrite them?

Make sure the options are even turned ON in the dsound.ini

And also that your windows is compatible, no other processes from before are running, blahblahblah - usual checks.

Mods were on (left the ini completely alone, lots of stuff is enabled by default), Windows 7 x64, I don't believe there were any offensive processes running at the time, but I will check it out a bit further tonight. This is actually on my friend's computer who I'm trying to help set up and not mine, mine seems to simply work, so my guess is some core component is not installed elsewhere in the system and I'm just not sure what it is. On a more pleasant note (in case no one noticed or tried), I decided to see on my computer if renaming HSLaunch.exe to Solaris.exe would let Mabilauncher Plus autostart it, instead of manually having to do so before starting the game, and that worked out just fine.

Currently broken because CrackShield is broken. Sorry about this, I'll do what I can to obtain a bypass but it may never happen.

Edit: Currently back up and running on 11/28/2012 with multiple OS's now supported all thanks to Lays.

It used to work before he switched hosts, even with an adblocker. I tried it without the adblocker. No good.

It does not connect to the server at all.

Adfly works by redirecting you to the ad after you've connected to the webpage. I can't reach blade's site, so I will never meet the adfly page.

actually his dns host http://blade3575.net63.net/Abyss/ (not a server) redirects to adfly then it redirects direcly to the file on his server so you should get to the adfly direct then click skip at the top right after 5 secs and then the file downloads.

yeah blade it's a hosting issue it seems and I can have a subdomain up for you asap. Multiple links SHOULD combine payout if you are using an account... but I've never used adf.ly
besides the more mirrors you have the better the distro options

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit: Been working fine for last half an hour, unless otherwise stated later, I'd say it's stable on this Windows.
I will test it on my sister's Vista Home Premium 32-bit tomorrow.

Also, I see you've added some new goodies ;P Return coupons location - It seems that it can't recognise Baol as a location, it just says Unknown. I deleted my TNN coupon, so I can't check whether it recognises that location.

Just have a few questions for you, if it's okay to ask.

1. Who is Lays, so I may thank them, too? ^^;
2. So since it seems that the OS issue may be fixed, will this updated Abyss also work for Windows 8? If so, I'll be buying a $40 upgrade license (silly, isn't it, that Mabi's the only thing holding me back from updating, eh?)
3. Any chances of adding the Party Board to Bounty Board mod?
4. And I know this will be pretty unlikely, but... any odds of being able to switch party/housing/bounty board on the fly, without having to restart Mabi? A friend was showing me some features of "Cake" before the public version of it was (pretty much) blocked for good, and apparently there were some commands your could type or something that would change the party board to housing/bounty on the go, or back again. And older patchers would let you enable/disable mods by right-clicking the title bar of the Mabi window... I'm not demanding this, and don't want to stress you out... just curious if there's any chance at all of doing something like that with Abyss?

Mabi just updated to r131, testing on W7Ux64.

Edit: Good news, r131 didn't break anything. Seems to be working good.
