I loled..... I'm sorry, but I thought it was obvious that a "guide" can't work on your computer.... Also if your mods work all you have to do is right click itemdb.xml and open it with notepad (which should be in your data folder).
Also... lol @ "pmg finder" (notepad xD)

this is seriously getting anoying. i did what the freakin guide says but the programs that it uses doesnt work on my computer. im not gonna say that again. ive repeated myself over and over. now someone thats not an idiot please, im begging you to end this madness, please tell me the pmg for the elven short bow?

un packer wont work eh? how so? see thats all i wanted to know.
are you using mabi package tool or mabi-unpacker?
and yes there is a difference.

i have a vista and aparently it doesnt come with winzip. and so now it works. im having trouble finding the item number

Just press ctrl+f and search for your item's name. the number will be in the same section.

In C:\Nexon\Mabinogi\data\gfx\char\human\tool I have weapon_test_shortbow_arrow and leather_long_bow.pmg, but only the arrow will change, not the bow. I just want a leather long bow, I changed everything corectly :l Anyone can find out why it wont work?

I did that...where do I put it, I tryed female mantle and human tool... still wont work, the bow when you equip it is invisible but the arrow pack is visible

you just extract the file in mabinogi folder
