Slight reduction in quality, but bug will not occur.
The same bug was occurred In Korea, and successful fixing with this file.

I suggest you sign up for the mailing list. He sends the newest versions that way. Just comment on an HD Face post on his blog with your e-mail.

Offtopic: I'm pretty sure dalbee (or Vee as it goes on the blog) is female.

Ontopic: I appreciate the link and according to dalbee's most recent post on the blog, devCAT is updating Mabinogi with their own HD textures and that she will not be updating it anymore.

Version 706 will be the last update to the HD Face series. (I have no idea what the corresponds to in NA patches except that it's at or soon after the last episode of G18.)
