I don't care enough to look into the details of this error(health problems preventing me from doing...  anything really)  But two common methods of fixing a file not being located, is to change the registry location for it, or by adding the dll to the proper folders, such as the java bin or system32, depending on the nature of it.

I know this is off-topic but the quote in your signature comes from my all time favorite book. Terry Goodkind is an amazing author.

Also I did wonder about the issue being related to the fact I'm using the Nexon Launcher version as opposed to the traditional Steam or Nexon folder versions. The primary difference being that it's barried under another set of folders (Library). I've been too lazy to really do any further investigation of it because I'm prepping for an interview and because I'm having mixed feelings about mabi at the moment..

Does abyss still work with tiara because I keep getting NGS kicked when using abyss and tiara at the same time. Right now I can only use abyss by itself without getting the error.

Yes, when it's up to date. Verified a few hours ago.
Please see the Abyss thread for status.  Abyss itself others have used without Tiara and the still get NGS.

No. It's in the packs, which I normally don't put in there due to concerns about NGS being tripped.  It's also in both online and offline installers, which is normal for those.  So... How are you launching?

Make sure your launcher is closed.  It's not likely this will cause issues, but best to be sure.  Also you're want to make sure etracer in your taskmgr is closed--which is tied to BlackCypher.  When all else fails reboot (you probably know this already).

This is normally a Shaggy area.  I leave AutoBot to him and update the rest myself.  I can issue a partial fix, but I admit I'm not one for "patchwork".  I'd prefer to do it right.  Shaggy and I spoke of this as to some things I can do.  Now it's just a matter of getting time.  I also have to play to an extent to test the material, and then there's real life stuff too.  (People too often forget that we have real lives too lol)  Shaggy is busy at the moment in real life and doesn't have a PC right now.  So this leaves me.  I'll do what I can once I have the time, but I make no guarantees.   This is why I don't give ETAs or the like because I'm not one for breaking my word.  Remember we're players too.  We like to play as well and test our material and make sure it works.  We've noticed (in regards to Abyss in particular, with people talking to Blade) that many do not communicate issues well (mainly the players).  This needs to change.  Stay tuned.  I'm ideally hoping this weekend; provided I don't get snagged.

ETA's are easier to give when you know what you're dealing with. Even then you can just just say it's an estimate and things can come up, as they usually do when programming.

True, true.  You know me though about giving my word.  So far today hasn't been very productive. =/

Complications can occur with anything you do, whether directly affecting what you're doing, or indirectly by pulling your attention elsewhere.  Professionally, a good practice is to give the maximum time frame you expect something to take, with a notice that it may be completed slightly ahead of schedule.

At this point, i think most of us can hazard a rough guess to how long it takes abyss to be fixed by blade, after a typical patch.  Emphasis on the fixed part there, as again even if it can be fixed in that time frame, doesn't mean blade would always be around to actually work on it and upload it.  So fixing and having it up are two entirely different things. 

On that note, unless there's some major complication to abyss, in terms of it being patched, something breaking, or maybe just major issues irl for blade even, then i don't honestly think providing an ETA for abyss to come up is even remotely needed.  Nexon's been specifically targeting abyss, and blade's been on top of that in getting abyss working quickly.  If you're really desperate, refresh mabimods once an hour to look.  If you're not desperate, i'd say just check back every 3-5 hours, or whenever is convenient for you.
