Still on the backburner atm, Shaggy is re-tooling it.  If it's tripping when you run it, this is fairly new, but IIRC Shaggy mentioned that he was having issues with this too.  You could always try renaming it, but tbh I haven't used it myself in a long time.

Shaggy snuck that one in on me, sorry about that.  It's fixed now.  Be warned though, if you get NGS errors, you may need to remove the features.xml.compiled from the pack.  I personally have no issues with it.

Now i'm running directly through autoit instead his exe, seens to be working fine, just had to change some constants on script.

• 1. Always run everything in Admin mode.  MabiPatcher will fail if it isn't, and other programs related to Mabinogi often fail to run correctly otherwise.  Be sure to check your Antivirus as well.
• 2. I do suggest Packs for simplicity.
• 3. DataPacker is sporadic on whether it wants to work or not for some.  For me It's never worked since shortly after R190.  It's been this way no matter which type of Mabinogi install I use.
• 4.  Be careful not to remove the data folder before you remove the mods from your packs.  If you delete the data folder and then try to remove mods from the packs, you will hose your packs and have to get your packs all over again.
• 5. Aside from the above, never hesitate to experiment and do trial and error to learn. This is part of the fun and acquiring knowledge.  (We learn by doing).

I appologize I'm unable to locate any information on how to use packs. I've downloaded the ones available on the UO site, and put them in my packages folder under the assumption that would be the goal? also my account is an admin account so there should be no issues running as admin.

could you point me to where i could learn more on how to use packs properly?

I am trying to fix this for my fiance (the one who made last nights post), we've tried everything i can think of to resolve these issues and nothing is working. I'm not familiar with mobinogi, but i do work help desk, I had her include the high level things we tried, rather than each iteration of re-trying the same thing 5 different ways. we're currently on about hour 4-5 of working on this.

Well i installed everything clean and my wife mabi runs, tiara works the only thing not working are trees,walls are still outside and in shadow missions

And weirdly even with abyss we checked and it is setup, we see cps and everything is working and day is set to midday and rain got remove but its still raining and being cloudy and all lol

Try adjusting your time down a bit by 10-20ms at a time and see if that helps.  That's a symptom of it not injecting early enough to enable the data folder patch.

Ill try that and see if it fix it. the timing is set to 1000 for abyss to work so ill try lowering it a little

For some reason, UOTiara is installing very slow for some reason. Its not my laptop or my net I've checked, re-checked and re-re-checked countless times but when I download it and when I actually try to install it goes so slow I could go play a 30 minute round of someone and it will be barely finishing up and then freezes

A few things:
Are you running this in "Administrator" mode in order for the program to have the necessary permissions?
Are you using the "Offline" or "Online" installer?
What are your PC specifications that are relevant to this please?  I'm referring specifically to RAM and CPU, mainly.  The installer uses LZMA compression...
Be prepared to check your FireWall and Anti-Virus as a last resort once you've taken care of the rest...

hey drag... i installed tiara (only the main abyss and files needed to write it to memory) and the anti cheats picking up the game being modded even if i run the game and the injector as admin or even if i dont run abyss at all.

a8 quad core
and its a fresh install of the game AND tiara from online exe

I presume you have the latest Abyss released on the 24th.  If not you may want to go grab it.  I don't use inf party time myself, so as a diagnostic measure try disabling it.  Hidden bandits are gfx swaps.  Glare is fx.  Bypass Zoom limit I do use and it works fine.  I keep the injector and dll on my desktop and put the ini in the Mabi directory.  Tiara I use as data folder at the moment, but I recommend packs in your case.  To make your own packs of only the features you want, be sure to use UOTiaraPack.bat.  This takes the contents of your data folder and makes packs with it via MabiPacker.  These packs you make may need to be regularly updated.
We'll start with that.  Otherwise make sure nothing else is running like PowerPatcher or MabiPacker when running Mabi.  Besides that, it's established and likely that it's something in memory.

For now snag the latest Abyss and use data folder that way.  I need to add in Abyss yet due to it being updated after I released/uploaded Tiara.  Otherwise, you can use packs which should work fine.

Minor update to integrate the latest Abyss. 
Set the installer to remove past versions of Abyss provided they weren't moved from their installed directory.  (That I've no control over.)
Autobot still needs updating potentially.  Checking with Shaggy on this.

Check your date of Abyss for starters, make sure it's dated for the 2nd.  If it is then great, if not grab the latest from Blade's site.  (Which should be fixed now.)  Blade uploads to all mirrors, so it should be the same version.  I checked last night to be sure, and it was.  Other than that, if you're using features.xml.compiled... then remove that for now.  Aside from that, can you run without Tiara or Abyss fine?

Just as a favor to others, if you're going to report you've got something working, it is appreciated if you can share details on the problem and what you did to fix it, in case others hit the same problem.  On that note, sometimes you have no idea, something like you restart your pc and an issue just went away and you're not getting a problem anymore.  It's fine to say that you don't know, you did something like restart or don't even remember doing anything at all, and the problem just went away on its own.  You may still get questions on that response though, but taking the initiative and sharing what you did is still really appreciated.

Oh > . <;; my bad..I didn't know..But i just did the directions he did, and turns out i was missing my 7zip file, to extract the new abyss to my mabi folder..That's how i got it to work..Updating my abyss from the new recent one to my mabi folder and got it to work..

It's good to hear that you got the issue sorted.  At the time of your posting Tiara didn't have the latest version of Abyss factored in.  I did the best I could to set the latest version of Tiara to remove past versions of Abyss, as well as to focus on pulling the latest version for it.
