Just updated, i was using abyss for the bitmap font before. Now i am using the font from tiara (1st one i believe? may be the 2nd one) and i get this weird glitch with the font. Its almost like everything is double spaced, was wondering if there was a fix since i really do like this font.

If you only want one font active, Tiara's modded font file is in font folder in the data folder. Just remove it and rerun Mabi assuming you got a working Abyss to do data reading. Make sure next time when installing Tiara you select no fonts.

my installer stucked at the final step, End-FinishComponents. its never done installing, its just stuck there o-0? what the heck? and when i first install, it asks me to change to the new location.

You also have the option of using packs located where you downloaded your offline or online version.

Also, there was an update to the installers on the 17th, you may want to grab it again too depending on when you acquired it last.

Can you please provide me with the link to the updated version of the installer? I'm really having issue with this mod, my name crashes with a pop-up saying something like NGS security issues of some sort so I ended up uninstalled the mod in case of getting ban.

I'm having the same problem . The game let's me log in but after maybe 3-5 minutes it disconnects me and tells me that there was a ngs security issue

If you're having issues with NGS, please review this post.

If you're having issues after trying what's listed there, then please let us know that you tried things, list details and such so that we can try to narrow down the problem.  This will let us know if there's some issue we were previously unaware of, or if NGS detection is detecting more now.

On that note, with the abyss injecting, i am editing the first post of that thread again, as i forgot to do so on release.
EDIT: The NGS thread has been updated.  Avoiding double-posting there as it seems everyone's aware without me doing this, but abyss has been updated recently to require injecting in order to work.

was gone a few days, but after the updated version came out I grabbed it, now I'm having a problem launching the game. about 90% through the engine load I'm getting a pop-up saying
"Item data is invalid (68)" Any idea what is going on, or what I might have done wrong?

any data or resource error is the result of mabinogi not being able to access a certain file, meaning it's most likely a .pack file that is corrupted or missing something, so i would use power patcher to re-download a full.pack and remove custom .packs that may be outdated.

Any way to remove the Boss bar? i unchecked it in the tiara installation and it still come back, it gets quite annoying.

i believe it's race.xml in db folder.  Try moving it out of the data folder to check, i wouldn't advise deleting it outright, till you're certain that's the right one.

I can't seem to get auto bot to update or even work.

...just kidding, autobot is not being installed with the offline version and is not being updated with update autobot.exe or update autobot1.exe anymore, i'll fix it in due time, which might be a few weeks to a month from now as i have more important things to attend to, my apologies.

IIRC,
..\data\gfx\fx\effect\c3_g10_s1_cloud.xml

Remove this, but it may add lag back in due to the rendering/display of effects.

It usually happens. Just control+alt+del and end the process.

Added a Quest Interface Simplifier (Abbreviates the interface so it can be seen at a glance)

I am unable to get Tiara to work. I have tried installing from a fresh mabi. When I do the install of Tiara I get an error saying mabipatcher has failed, multiple times. After following the suggestions in the thread saying I should install those couple of files, my computer says that I already have them when I try to install them, so that doesn't work. If I use datapacker it appears to function however when I load the game there are no apparent mods. Anyone have any suggestions?

• 1. Always run everything in Admin mode.  MabiPatcher will fail if it isn't, and other programs related to Mabinogi often fail to run correctly otherwise.  Be sure to check your Antivirus as well.
• 2. I do suggest Packs for simplicity.
• 3. DataPacker is sporadic on whether it wants to work or not for some.  For me It's never worked since shortly after R190.  It's been this way no matter which type of Mabinogi install I use.
• 4.  Be careful not to remove the data folder before you remove the mods from your packs.  If you delete the data folder and then try to remove mods from the packs, you will hose your packs and have to get your packs all over again.
• 5. Aside from the above, never hesitate to experiment and do trial and error to learn. This is part of the fun and acquiring knowledge.  (We learn by doing).
