Thank you.  I don't mind doing this.  I updated my post as well, because well to be honest, this is a constant learning process for me, and heck... I don't mind learning.

Never had that problem before in my life... But even without it the game runs like an 800 pound fat man would run because well...

I'm currently looking into an installer that will allow pulling of files from a webserver.  Shaggy uses NSIS, I've nailed this much down, but am uncertain as to the rest that it uses via plugins to enable this.  At this time, it might be a good time to review other options as far as installers for the sake of "upgrading" etc.  Granted if it's not broke don't fix it, but I'm just laying options on the table just in case.  We're waiting on word from Shaggy for now anyhow.

That I have complained about since like 2009.

That... Is actually how I supply my personal mods.  Either that or in packs, which are then 7zipped.  Rixx provides packs this way too.  If that's the case, then I can do that, it's just a matter of finding a good free reliable file host.  There's always the freebies tho.

Same here.  I just like the thought of extracting zips better than fooling with an installer, and even worse an uninstaller.

I use 7-zip to grab files out of the Tiara installer rather than run it when I need to see how stuff was done.

Did you guys know that this thread is only a few characters shy of the limit on thread titles?

I wanted to fix the thread title to show the new files but wow, Shaggy's got it maxed out lol, instead I had to change the tiara version to 204, and add a note that it was elsewhere for the 204...

Remove Production.xml in the db folder. In another thread, Tiara is being updated but by another person. Please look into that thread.

Guess they believe Shaggy is still updating it yet the title reads 201 not 204. Not many notice very well, see the first few words and think it's just that but don't try reading the whole thing and get the idea.

Shaggy have been MIA for a while. We are mostly posting in the other thread with Tiara since he's our current Tiara uploader.

Not to impose, but i'd recommend locking this thread for now.  You edited the first post, the most you can do after that would be to make another post pointing people to the thread to use for now, and locking the thread.  That way the first and last post are clearly pointing to where to go.  People will read if they want tiara...  And if shaggy responds back to you, you can just open the thread again, no harm no foul.

Again, not trying to impose, it just seems like a logical solution to me.

I agree and approve of this message. LOL.  It'd probably makes things a lot simpler.  I've PMed Shaggy on here as well as via his other forms of commo.  No response yet though.

I'm not trying to impose either, just trying to help.  Whether Shaggy does Tiara or not, I still have to update the mods I use which are very similar to Tiara.  So I figure, might as well share.

Updated to v214A adding some cutscene removals (skips). Saga 1 & 2, Castle dungeons and more. More to come...  After everything is added in and brought current... Then some optimization can begin.
